Die Familie Mazilly gehört zu den wenigen unabhängigen Winzern an der Côte de Beaune. Ihre Domaine Mazilly besitzt 18,5 ha beste Lagen rund um die berühmte Weinstadt Beaune im Zentrum Burgunds.
Rebsorten
100 % Chardonnay von den Höhenlagen oberhalb von Beaune, in denen auch das Dorf Meloisey mit der Domaine Mazilly liegt.
Weinbereitung
Dieser Weißwein wird zur Hälfte in Edelstahltanks und zur Hälfte im Eichenfass ausgebaut.
