Weingut
Die Familie Salmon besitzt rund um das Weindorf Bué bei Sancerre mehrere Parzellen mit insgesamt 20 ha Anbaufläche. Armand Salmon erzeugt von diesen Lagen traditionell ausgebaute Sancerre-Weine in weiß, rosé und rot.
